Looking Ahead: Building the Year for Brač Base

A new year always brings fresh ideas, new energy, and the excitement of what’s possible. At Brač Base, we’re currently deep in the process of planning, organizing, and shaping the months ahead. Behind the scenes, there are calendars being filled, collaborations being explored, and new partnerships being formed. We’re reaching out to creatives, teachers, chefs, artists, and community builders — all with the same goal: to create meaningful experiences here on Brač.

A Busy but Beautiful Start

Already next week, we’re launching our Kids Activity Week, and preparations are in full swing. From gathering materials to shaping the daily program and creating a welcoming atmosphere, everything is coming together. The interest has been wonderful, and if things continue as they are, it’s going to be a great success. Seeing the enthusiasm from parents and children confirms what we believe: there is space and need for creativity, connection, and community here on the island.

Balancing Life and Passion

At the same time, life doesn’t stand still. Between a remote job, traveling back and forth to Amsterdam, and family life, the days are full. But Brač Base is where my heart truly lies — and when something feels aligned, the energy comes naturally.

It’s not always calm. It’s not always perfectly organized. But it’s real, and it’s growing.
